Refund policy

1. 30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We want you to be completely satisfied with your Wasox massage chair.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Due to the nature of white-glove delivery, returns must be authorized by our concierge team before the item is shipped back.

3. How to Start a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@wasox.shop. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

4. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, Wasox will cover the return shipping costs. If you are returning the item for a change of mind, you will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs.

5. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
