All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We offer complimentary White Glove Delivery on all massage chair orders within the United Kingdom. Standard Transit Time: 5 to 8 business days. Shipping Cost: Free. Total delivery time is approximately 6 to 11 business days.

3. White Glove Delivery Service
Due to the size and premium nature of our products, all deliveries are handled by specialized couriers. Our service includes delivery to your room of choice, full assembly and installation, and removal of all packaging materials.

4. Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
